5) What is the price per square foot?
Every project is different. In order to generate a quote, many factors need to be taken into account. They include labor, preparation, material type, application rate as well as many others. When calling our office, we can usually provide a "ballpark" estimate with a few details of your project.

6) Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Typically our standard warranty ranges from one year to five years, depending on coating type/thickness, application environment and other factors.

7) How soon can work be scheduled?
The complexity and size of the project are principal factors. Can the work be done during regular hours or does it require nights/holidays/weekends? Because of STI's vast labor and material resources, it is not uncommon for us to be able to attend to critical/emergency work within 24 hours. Because of the tremendous demand for services during holiday shut-downs, many of our regular customers schedule work months or even years in advance.

8) How long will the job take to complete?
Depending on size and complexity, an average job including preparation, application and cure time will take from three to five days.

9) How long will we have to stay off the floor after completion?
At 70oF, most epoxy systems will accept traffic in 24 hours or less. For decorative systems, typically you will want to allow a minimum of 48 hours.
